Ingredients:
1 Onion
2 Capsicums
1 Carrot
50gm Beans
2-3 Green Chilli
50gm Cabbage
3 tsp Semolina (Suji)
4-5 tsp Heavy Cream
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Mango Powder (Chaat Masala)
¾ tsp Coriander Powder
¾ tsp Red Chilli Powder
Bread (Brown, Grain)
For
Serving: Green
Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
Method
:
- Finely chop all the vegetables in a chopper or by hand.
- Add cream, semolina (suji) and all the spices with the chopped vegetables.
- Add salt just before you are going to make them, otherwise it will leave water.
- Spread the mixture on the bread and roast them on griddle (tawa) with the help of oil, or you can bake them also.
- Cut the slices into square and your healthy, tasty, delicious toasts are ready.
- Serve them with mint chutney, mayonnaise or tomato ketchup.
This looks lovely but maybe not for me as it has lots of gluten. I could sub the bread for gluten-free bread and the semolina for cornflour apparently, but I'm sensitive to that as well!

ReplyDeleteYes off course judy,you can replace bread with any kind of bread,and semolina is for binding.you can use cornflour also ,but semolina is very light and is easily digestible.
